Return Policy

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

VELVISHERS BHARAT MART will not accept returns of any product that has been opened or used.

If you received a damaged or defective product, you must notify VELVISHERS BHARAT MART within 24 hours of delivery.

If you want to return a product, you must first contact VELVISHERS BHARAT MART’s customer service team to initiate the return process.
